From its inception as a start-up electrical contractor in 1986, Coli has evolved into a full-service general contracting, construction management, and property management organization. The company’s expansion began with the addition of Coli Construction, Inc. in 2005, followed by Coli Property Solutions LLC. The collaboration of these two dedicated teams represents a vision for comprehensive client service, with the in-house ability to facilitate everything from real-estate development, building design and construction, to property management and maintenance.
